I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how much I appreciate all that you have done for this campaign.

I chose a career in public service because I wanted to be in a position to truly help others. But I know I wouldn't be able to help others unless you helped me. So I’m grateful that many of you donated your time and your resources to help me. Because of you, I’ve been given another opportunity to serve the people of Illinois as the Attorney General.

I want all of you to know that I share this victory with you. I’m grateful to have you by my side--not just on Election Day--but every single day that we work together to make Illinois a safer and more just place for all of us.
